The company owned real estate in the city of Zvolen and the city of Prievidza, while its main business activity was rental of real estate. During the bankruptcy proceeding, the bankruptcy trustee continued in the rental of these properties in order to increase the satisfaction of the registered receivables. The real estate were subsequently monetized at voluntary auctions.
