• Bankruptcy is a special type of a civil proceedings, the purpose of which is the relative satisfaction of creditors' claims. In the event of bankruptcy, the creditors' claims are satisfied by monetizing debtor's assets in the shortest possible time in parallel to achieve biggest possible satisfaction. Bankruptcy is a liquidation process, which means that in the event of bankruptcy, the trustee no longer evaluates the company's finances by default, usually only terminates the operation of the company and monetizes all assets belonging to the debtor.
